The purpose of these general terms and conditions (GTC) is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of tourist experience services offered by Pinnacle Experiences via its website https://www.pinnacle-experiences.com to customers staying in France and/or abroad.

Experiences include, but are not limited to: sports activities, wellness, excursions, culinary discoveries and exclusive events. The descriptions are provided on the site with the greatest possible accuracy. However, variations may exist depending on weather conditions and availability of local providers.

• All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.
• Accepted payment methods are: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link via the online payment platform Stripe.
• Payment is due immediately upon order.
• Some services may require a deposit or payment in instalments according to the conditions specified on the site.

• The purchaser must verify the accuracy of the information provided before validation.
• A booking confirmation is sent by e-mail after the payment has been confirmed.

• Customer cancellation: Any request for cancellation must be made in writing to the email address officepinnacleexperiences@gmail.com. Refund conditions vary depending on the date of cancellation and are specified on the website.
• Cancellation by the agency: In case of adverse weather conditions or unavailability of a service provider, an alternative solution will be proposed or a full refund will be made. The customer will be informed as soon as possible.

• In the event that Pinnacle Expériences acts as an intermediary between the client and the service providers, the agency shall not be liable for any incident occurring during the performance.
• However, if Pinnacle Experiences is the direct provider of the service, its liability may be incurred in case of breach of its contractual obligations or proven fault.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have insurance appropriate for the activities booked.

The data collected is processed in accordance with the RGPD. The buyer has the right to access, rectify and delete his or her data.
